Why should we use you?

Firstly, we specialize in corporate catering.  We have built up a strong expertise and reputation in knowing what clients want and how they want it. Our menu is simple and easy to order from, our portions are generous and more importantly, the food is delicious.  Our business is closely managed by owner operators.  We are accurate and timely in our order execution.  We won’t forget the dressing or the serving spoon!  We passionately believe that our food and service is amongst the best in Center City and are often told this.

How do your prices compare?

We believe we offer some of the best value corporate catering in the city.  Our portion sizes are generous and the food is top quality.  Please shop around and compare us to our competitors.  Be aware that most caterers carry delivery charges of up to 20% of your
order value.  This should be factored into the final price.  Our delivery prices are
much lower than this.

Is there a minimum amount I have to order for delivery?

For Delivered Catering, our minimum is $100 in invoice value, if it is within walking distance from our operation.  For further a field, please call us to find if we can service you if your order is small.

What is your delivery area?

We Service most of Center City.  However, as mentioned above, for small orders we are sometimes unable to deliver unless it is within a certain distance of our operation.      Service all of center city.  By choosing a relatively small catchment area, we are able to maintain our punctuality and high standards.  If you have catering requirements please call at least 24 hours before to see if we can fulfill your requirements.

Do you supply all paper ware?

Everything you need for serving is provided, including serving utensils.  All items are disposable for easy clean up.

What about setup?

Our delivery personnel will lay your order on the platform of your choice and unwrap any items if required.  We will provide table linen, if required.  For larger orders, 2 or
more personnel may deliver your order to ensure setup in a timely manner

How far ahead of time do I need to book??

For most lunch orders, at least 24 hours notice is requested to ensure a delivery slot.  If you require items from our Canapés and Entrees menu, then at least 48 hours is required.  However we can often service last minute requests.  See next section.

Help, Can I order last minute??

On many days, this is possible, but it does depends on what your are ordering and quantity required, and if delivery is required, where you are located in relation to us, and of course how many other orders are booked for the same time.   If in doubt, please call and we will see what we can do.

Can I pick my order up?

Sure, we will even load it up for you in your car if you are driving.  This is often the best way to go for last minute orders and small orders, and you will save on the delivery charge.

Can you supply servers?

Yes, if required we will serve at your event for a reasonable rate.

Can I charge for the order over the phone?

Yes, we can process all cards over the telephone.  We require the card number, expiry date, and street number and zip code for the billing address of the card.  We can take this information at the time of ordering.

Do I have to give a tip to the delivery person?

Gratuity is not necessary although most appreciated by our delivery personnel.  If you feel like leaving a gratuity for the delivery person, and would like to, you are most welcome to add it onto the invoice at the time of ordering or simply give it to our delivery personnel.

I’m not sure how much to order, what do I do?

Just call us on 215 925 4700 and we will walk you through it.

I am still not sure if your food is good enough, what do you suggest?

Come into our gourmet market store during the week and ask to sample some of our items.  Many of the menu items will also be on be display for you to inspect.  If you are planning a big event, please call us and we will do whatever we can to assist you in planning for it.

And finally please note, we undertake hundreds of catering orders a year.  As far as we are concerned, we have never failed to satisfy.
